In addition to academic classes, courses are also available at B.E.S.T. for anyone, of any age group or gender, wanting to keep fit and healthy through gentle or vigorous exercise in various different forms; including Yoga, Aerobics, Dance and Martial Arts. These courses are all conducted in our mirrored and air conditioned studio by fully trained experts in their field; including famous instructors featured on national TV.
